Hot-Dipped Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh is a durable and versatile product widely used in construction, industry, and agriculture. Made from either low carbon or stainless steel wire, this mesh undergoes welding and surface treatment processes. It’s commonly used in applications like building construction, protection systems, filtration, and agriculture. The mesh is available in forms such as panels, sheets, or rolls and is treated through a hot-dip galvanization process, where it’s coated with zinc to enhance corrosion resistance. This makes it ideal for creating animal cages, wire boxes, grills, partitions, gratings, and protective fencing for machinery.
Hot-Dipped Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh features a flat surface, sturdy structure, and high durability. It can be galvanized before or after welding, with post-weld galvanization providing better protection at the welding joints, thus extending the mesh’s usability and resistance to corrosion.
